The Spring Season Health Special

1. Select your food cautiously:

2. Significance of Exercise: In the spring season there in increase in Kapha which causes heaviness of the body. Hardness and coolness. At time one becomes indolent and feels loss of appetite. It is auspicious. According to shri Vagbhata achrayji, during these days one should drink water billed with Naagramotha honey is cindered to be the best drink honey of kapha. “Rishi Prasad’ Seva has changed my destiny

Thousands of salutations at the holy feet of my satguru Pujya Bapuji! I am a resident of a tribal area in chindwara Distt। I had taken mantra diksha form pujya Bapuji in 1997. I am an ordinary farmer. I was working as the secretary of the villages Panchavyat. I used to go the chindwara Ashram for Darshan. In the year 200 I got the opportunity of joining the Rishi Prasad distribution seva. I was determined to reach this magazine containing gurudev divine teachings form home to home and engaged myself in the tasking right earnest. In the beginning it seemed difficult even to register 25 members in that tribal I area but I did not lose heart and with Gurudev grace today I have registered more than 2000 members. Once somebody filed a false case against me I remained fearless an continued the Rishi Prasad distribution seva with the sea sporty. I went to the Ashram and circumambulated the pious Baghdadi. I prayed to Gurudev and by his grace got the idea how to get the better of my opponent in the court case. Satsang and Rishi seva won me the case.
I had no connection with polities I am only a servant of Bapuji’s and was performing Rishi Prasad seva But Gurudev grace had some for me which was be yond my wildest dream. Gurudev go me effortlessly what prominent politicians had been vying for. Without contesting elections I was given the status of a minister of state on 26th April 2008 I got this opportunity to serve the society. I was on this post during the previous tenure of Chief minister shivraj singh chauhan and continue to be there in his second tenure not withstanding a number of changes in the cabinet wherein may people found then out of the cabinet or their portfolios shuffled even today when even I get may opportunity of seva in the Ashram. A wealthy merchant had started an annasatra A place where free food is distributed of service was less in him. However his main purpose was to get acclaimed by the people as a great donor. Even the people who praised him were not few . He was a wholesale trader of cereals. At the end of the year after sale of the grain, what even rotten grain was left in the granary was sent to the annasatra. The hungry people were always served rotten jowar chapattis at the annasatra.
The merchant’s son got married the daughter in law came home she was very virtuous knower of Dharma and thoughtful she was sad served at the rather in law annasatra she to very first day she ordered rotten jowar flour form when the merchant sat down for his meal she served him that chapatti along with his meal. Looking at that black thick chapatti the wealthy merchant curiously put the first morsel as the put the first morsel said daughter there is plenty of flout in eh house where did you get this rotten flour to make chapattis form?

The daughter in law replied this flour has been ordered form the next word.’ The fatter in law said Daughter I do not understand what you have said. Father at present we are living on the fruits of charity an good deeds one done by us in our past lives. The merits of what we do in his life will be obtained in the next in our annasatra the poor are given chapattis made out of this flour in the next world we will have to subsist only on chapattis made out of the same flour. That is why I thought that we should practice eating this form now itself so that we get accustomed and suffer less there.
The merchant realized his mistake he asked his daughter in law to forgive him and got the rotten flour served in the annasatra thrown away. Frown then onwards the poor and the hungry were served chapattis made of god quality flour.
You do charity but only for good of others when you given charity with the spirit of doing god to other no not other not only does it do good to the receive but it betters your life in his world and the other. While giving charity your should not wish that people should praise you. Charity should be done in such a way that even your other hand should not come to one about it.

If one becomes the sole lord of the of the earth with all it jewels gold cows and beautiful woman in his possession he will still not consider it enough. Therefore the thirst for enjoyment itself should be abandoned. This thirst is however very difficult to given up for people with a depraved intellect desire that does not diminish intellect Desire that does not diminish even with the waning life is a veritable fatal in man.

Service to Guru. Goal of life service to guru. Every unpleasant incident in life is a test of your trust in Guru. Disciple considers the actions’ guru weight the intentions and motives behind them. Doubt in the Guru action is the greatest sin. Never try to appear before your guru what you are not.

Why celebrate the valentine’s day? Celebrate parents worship day to show reverence to parents as lord Agnatic did. If boys and girls meet on this day it will be the ruinous day. On this day and girls should pay homage to their parents worship them by placing flowing on their heads an pay obeisance to them and the parents should in shower affection on their parents should in turn shower affection on their children and hug them. This will foster real love. Pujyashree: This is because of your latent tendencies. The unreal world appears to be because the impressions of many past lives are imprinted on you your psyche and you have believed them to be real. Purushartha purshan (the supreme Being)artha (gold) making efforts for attainment of the purshan the supreme self is purushartha. Some body works hard an earns wealth or position people say he has done purushartha. But this is not purshan artha. This is prakrits artha because the efforts is done for the sake of prakriti Phenomenal world meaning worldly things. Purushartha is done if one make efforts to attain divine consciousness. Do this purushartha read the book, is war ki or published by the ashram or some other spatial book or sitting at home think. How along shall I live like this? Even this will pass ways. All is dream excepts god the knower of the dream is my god if you write such aphorisms on the walls of your house then such thoughts will becomes firm in you mind if is for the benefit of all.

Let the supreme self shine forth

All forms of energy existing in the world belong to god. There is no man of intelligence no man of power who possesses any Powers obtained from any source god is the source and sustainer of all power abilities, intelligence and Powers. According to our scriptures till our bodies have strength, our sense have some ability to perceptive our intelligence has perspicacity and old age has not throttled us thus ends the Unpunished. We should make efforts so that the spume Brahman shines to us.
When I say the shining of supreme Brahman don’t misunderstand that only light shine no when you get bliss expertise only bliss you maintain evenness of mind in facing pains and please this is the shining of supreme Brahman. The world appears as a dream and the consciences that is the witness so the worlds eternal. When you feet thus is indicative of the shining go spume Brahman. When you do shining of supreme Brahman. When you do not get much influenced by attachment and aversion be sure that Supreme Brahman shines to you.
While approaching the ocean the climate seems to be changed due to the oceanic winds we become aware of the ocean being nearby even before seeing it. Similarly before we experience spume Brahman his dive nature gets revealed incur hearts fearlessness steadfastness in the yoga of knowledge control of the senses, and straight for wardens . Twenty six qualities of a man born for a divine state begin to manifest it is written in sanyasa Upanishad of samaveda.’
The supreme Brahman shines to him the praanava twelve thousand times every day.

If any one sincerely pursue then anushtham for one year supreme Brahman shines to him. Daily do 12,000 Japa of om. Give up evil deeds an fix the attainment of supreme Brahman as you only goal then within year you can titan that in a year time one can not get a graduation degree. In a year on can’t get some high rank but he or she can attain god. Where all other ranks pale in comparison.
Look with fixed gaze at you guru at god then chant in just a few days, you will et light bliss an inspiration form the idol of you guru and your intellect will become so illumined an pure! You will get enlightened of the truth that god who bestows intelligence is my own self.
Before your physical body becomes helpless becomes (terminally) ill becomes debilitated becomes dependent, becomes free. Awaken in the consciences of supreme self your own Being.
When you face adverse circumstance or sorrow on this difficult path of knowledge consider then to be blessing for adversities and sorrows are the very menas of attuning Eternal Bilss. Hence do not despair over these adversities keep marching ahead until you true self.

Magha, the month to get devotion to god.

Describing the significance of the month of Magha scriptures say that lord Vishnu is propitiated not so much by pious vows fasts charities an austerities, as he is by up and taking bath during the Brahma Muhurta (Around 4:00a.m) in the month of Magha Therefore person should observe the vow of taking the Mega bath to get delivered from sins and to attain devotion to god it begins form the full moon day of the month of pausha.

The Ekadashi falling on the dark fortnight of the month of Magha is known as shatatila Ekadashi, giving black sesame seeds and black cow on this day (falling on 29th January) affords great religious merits Taking bath with water mixed with sesame seeds smearing sesame seeds unguent on the body fire sacrifice with sesame deeds drinking and offering libation of water mixed with sesame seeds eating sesame seeds and giving sesame seeds in alms these six acts destroy sins.
The amavasya no moon night of the dark fortnight of magha is know as Mauna amavasya it is of great realigns importance to observe Mauna silence or to take bath given charity while living like a sage on this day falling on (2nd February).
Amavasya falling on a Monday is so meritorious time that even gods long for it. Ganga Pushkar and all other pilgrim place of heaven and earth best how region merits to the one engaged in jape meditation and prayer etc, on such a day.
Fourth lunar day falling on a Tuesday seventh lunar day falling on a sudsy. Eight lunar day falling on a Wednesday 12 the January and amavasya falling on a Monday 3rd January jape done on these four dates given religion merits equal to that obtained during the solar eclipse. Bath charities ashraaddha on these days affords inexhaustible merits.
The faith lunar day of the birth forte night of magha 8 February is beloved to be the manifestation day of goddess Saraswati. It is called vacant panchami. Goddess Saraswati should be worshipped on this day .Books and pens are beloved to be the abode of goddess sar4aswati. There fore these are worshipped too.
The seventh lunar day of the bright fortnight of magha is called Achaia saptami one should take only one meal on the sixth lunar day 10 February and should take bath before dawn on the seventh. by doing one sins are destroyed..
