Key to All Round Development

 For the enhancement of memory:
Prepare a mixture by mixing:
(1) 15 – 20 ml Tulsi juice with one spoonful of Chyvanprash and raisins. Drink it daily after chanting the Sarasvatyamantra or Guru-Mantra. Within 40 days, you will experience miraculous benefits.
(2) After meals, chew a laddu prepared from sesame seeds, thoroughly.
(3) Grind and mix 100gms each of aniseed, almond and sugar candy. Chew 3-4gms of this mixture thoroughly every morning. You can also take milk along with this mixture, or afterwards depending upon your choice. This improves memory.

 For the retentive memory:
Before starting your studies, sit in an erect posture facing either east or north.
Do japa of Sarasvatya mantra for some time. Thereafter, touch the tip of your tongue to the palate and attentively set yourself in studies. At some intervals and at the end of studies, be quiet and try to remember what you have studied. Remember God and sit quietly.

 For increasing height
Every morning run for some time. Do pull-ups and also perform ‘Tadasana’.
Make pieces of two seeds of black pepper, mix it with butter and swallow it. The milk of an Indian cow specifically helps in increasing one’s height.

 For Robustness:
Chew harad (chebulic myrobalan) before taking meals. You can also take it along with the meals.
Squeeze one lemon in a glass of water and soak two raisins in it overnight. Drink the water in the morning after sieving it and chew the raisins.
