Panchgavya purifies the body making it healthy, pious and robust. Physical and mental affections are eliminated and longevity strength and radiance are enhanced by its consumption.

Cow ghee 1 Part Cow milk 3 Parts Cow’s yoghurt 2 part Cow’s urine 1 Part Cow dung juice ½ part Kushodak 12 Part.
As per on 80 year old experiencedVadidy (physician) the proportions should be:-
Cow’s ghee -2 & 1/2parts, Cow, milk 10 parts cow yoghurt 5 Part , Cow’s urine 20 parts cow dung juice 1.5 parts.
Special attention should be given to the following points:
1. All theconstiuents should be the produce of a native healthy cow.
2. French cow dung should not be used as it is. It is preferable to used it in liquid form. Collect fresh dung in a lion cloth. Squeeze the loin cloth after some time to obtainjunine of the dung.
3. Dip a bunch of dried grass in Gingajal (hold water of the river Gaga) and keep it for a day to yield kushodak.
