Whoever treads the path to divine, does sadhana for self realization will naturally come across hurdles and obstacles.
Why do you become perturbed when somebody insults or sander you? Ignore censure and praise. They will finally retune back to the donor. Do not pay attention to the words of slander or insult. Mediate on you Real self.

Think about the insults netted out mira. To kill her she was given poison. Her relatives left no stone unturned in torturing her. Finally, when mira left the place the state was stuck by famine. When the Brahmins and astrologers were consulted to alleviate this misfortune they said, Mira is a devotee. Her departure form this place is the cause of this famine call her back and the state will be saved from the famine. Raman sent a message to mira requesting her to come back. Mira replied I am happy here with my devotion to kamahi lord sire Krishan. I don’t wan to come to go anywhere. Where Mira refused straightaway, she received a call she agreed to go there. When Mira come back the people who had insulted her, begged her for forgiven. They has to seek refuge in mira after all. Do not pay heed to insults and criticism. Se fearlessness cheerful. Keep marching ahead on you path. The world intimidates only those who fear. If you are fearless even death won’t be able to cause you any harm. One who keeps faith in the self god and conducts fearlessly in the world keeps progressing forwards with success. There is nobody to stop him. He certainly attains his goal. Root out all weakening thoughts. Repose in your own self. Don’t ever stop on the path of your destruction by slandering saints great Men or by being taken in by the slanderers. Never get influenced by the criticism praise. Consider it to be mere dram.

Mountain ranges are many but all of them do not abound does not possess pearls and every forest does not produce sandalwood tress. Similarly there are many hermits and ascetics but really do we find amongst them a self realized soul.

Pray out providence is favorable enough to bless us with such a self realized saint There after no misery in the entire world is worthy enough to torment us. Let any situation confront us be least disturbed. We not deem anything disapproving or inauspicious. Thereafter the entire range of worldly pleasures will appear dull and unexciting because the splendid bliss of the ture self is duly attained.

So, let seek out and dwell near the lotus feet of such a saint let tread the path shown by such a celestial beacon and make out life blissful by supreme attainment. This is truly the supreme endeavor of a being!

Man always keeps on blaming his external circumstances. Had it been like this or that I would have done that. Reformists usually exclaim. If we had such resources available. We would have quaked the entire world everyone looks around externally but on one bother to delve with in. The fact is this that one who exacts his inner self finds his external circumstances just apt and right automatically. He who manages to raise himself affirmative from with in His entire range of external adversities turn out a be constructive and encouraging.
Only such person finds his external circumstances favorable who has corrected his state of inner faculty. One who has dived with in and attained self realization one who is composed an spitted form with in can never see any external disorder; such a person beholds only happiness all around.

One should always try to remain happy and contented by we speak our instinctively what to do we are basically householder. From morning till evening we remain caught up in our mundane tasks. How can we expect to lead a happy life?

O dear king janak was also a household. You have to look after your family only whereas he has to be in command of the entire state. In spire of all the hassles did he not maintain his liveliness? A householder if leads his life judiciously can be termed as a saint whereas a saint when expends hi life in an indiscreet and reckless manner is no less then a householder. A sensible an dwell judged conduit becomes piety. On the contrary an imprudent approach towards devoutness can be easily named as a mere mundane behavior. People assume and tale for granted that accomplishment of the ultimate reality is only the dorm in of saints and sages whereas we being the households have nothing to do whit it. O dear The saints are not to go in for this arced pursuit because they already attained self realization Rather the households requires this supreme attainment the most. Then people further exclaims. This is the for our amusement and merry making we not yet rip to take up piety or godliness. Let the old age knock at our door for this to proceed. It appears as if they doing obligation in the name of the lord little do they realize that this supreme talks is only for the sake of their personal development? As a matter of fact people have take in to account the adoration of the lord as their leisure pastime. Their absurdity is the predominate cause behind their woes and affections. When you remember him during the hour of distress why not to recall his sacred name beforehand?

Everyone evokes the lord during misery. No one remember him in harmony.

Not to talk of human beings every aspiration of even indra the lord of gods does not get fulfilled. No matter how much and fame and acclaim we may acquire in our life we still discover our sander around us. They very thought that the people around should always speak high of us is silly and inane. Cirmstances have never and will never favor anyone. The wheel of destiny’s bound to take a turn. Favorable situation will get supplanted by unfavorable ones. The only endeavor the beigns should make is to ramin detached form the approving situation and refrain form ill will incase disproving ones. Rather one should try to maintain equanimity in both the positive as well as negative situations.


He who has learnt to keep himself unruffled in all times is nonetheless granted glimpse of the divine blissfulness. Only such a bign has duly succeeded in perfuming a stupendous takes in this world.

There fleeting situation and earthly possession are nothing else but a dream and will slip away like that only. No body else but only self realized saints know this celestial path. You may endlessly keep on tuning the deeds of rosary lead a life full of austerities and pens aces or absorb yourself in various means of worship. If the mind remains perturbed and unruffled it means our spiritual progress gets thwarted.

Satsang yoga and mediation facilitate the composure of our mind. Many persons renounce their homes and wander in search of truth but as and when they encounter any dispaooroving situation there are old anger, interns up surges. No wonder such people meticulously maintained piety and worship of the lord but unfortunately they could not dwell in the sacred vicinity of a self realized saint.

So the real knack of self Attainment lies only with self realized saints who have verily established themselves in their true self. One may come across innumerable in one life but the vacantly of self realized great saints comes to the sacred lot of.

If one world ha the power to erase sorrow associated with sensory enjoyments dishonesty then Justify Fullpeople would sorrows. It is not possible for anyone on this earth however influential he may be to become sorrow free by exploiting someone by behaving in a cunning way by obtaining a seat of power or by attaining something. Sorrow gets suppressed under the influence of worldly joys and the person who enjoys all this becomes hollow and superficial. In the end he become sad and meets with death.
Performing good deeds yields fifty percent of the power needed to erase sorrows. Ninety percent of the power needed to erase sorrow lilies in devotions to God. Sensory enjoyment negative tendencies and cunningness have ht earth of suppressing sorrow by do not posses the power to erase sorrow. Just as allopathic medicines suppress sickness and with times a relapse occurs, similarly covering the filth suppresses the firth by with time even the covering sheet will become dirty.
We don’t want sorrow. Yet sorrow comes into our lives what then is the reason the same king of sorrow with a partivaular incident. To whatever one is most attached. With that being taken away, one gets that much sorrow from it.

Two people are passing by. They aren’t too well clad. They haven’t worn shoes. Their head is not covered with an umbrella. They are going dressed in ordinary torn clothes. Among then one person a fakir is detached and he walks with abandon. Another is sad an worried because of want. One doesn’t care for things and hence is not sad. In the other mind there is desire but a lack of things. SO that desire itself is causing him pain an he is becoming sadder.

There are many ways to erase sorrow bit their effect is apparent only for short while. Moreover, these methods don’t erase sorrow, they suppress it. Just as with money sorrow got slightly suppressed but with it arrogance arose in the form I am wealthy. So and so does not have wealth. I have done this under the influence of power sorrow got suppressed. But if you look at the poor people in power you will find what insults the y are exposed to so what is the right way of erasing sorrow? God says:


One who doesn’t get elated who doesn’t harbour feeling of hatred towards other who doesn’t grieve how doesn’t have any desire ad who has surrendered all karma favorable and unfavorable such a devoting filled individual I like.

A person who doesn’t get elated by getting favorable who doesn’t feel despair in unfavorable circumstances who believes that all this is going to changes and resides peacefully in Me the sould or residues alertly in the soul such a devoted indiual, I like. He succeeded ninety percent in stamping on sorrow while residing in the supreme consciousness, God.

When sorrow enters an ordinary person life. He understands it thus this is a consequence of a sin committed by me or it believes in the law karma curses himself or the other according to the karma performed. When sorrow enters your life, an astrologer will say, The pants in your chart are not okay satrun is in the fourth house Rahu is distured. A sorcerer will say, someone has premed black magic on you. You have passed that way at such and such time His negative resolve has descended on you. On telling an Ayurveda physician he will say Bile has increased. The weather is such and you have stayed till late. This is why you have got this illness. It you will go to a doctor he will say, you have so and so problem in so and so vitamain.God get a checkup done. Get a urine test done.
It your go to a mullah or Mahalvi he will say you possessed by some ghost or demon. Take this charm. So and so technique if you got a devotee he wile say God is testing you. Do Allah will set things right. But if you go a self realized Guru he will say Brother sorrow and joy occur became of favorable and unfavorable circumstances. It you are attached to favorable circumstances then if they occur you feel joy and if want unfavorable circumstances. It they occur you feel bad. What you should do is understand unfavorable circumstances as transient . Also understand favorable circumstances as transient. Sorrow and joy are a dream the plunge into mediation on God into His love and wisdom. God is all ruling all controlling all capable supreme well wisher an embodiment of wisdom. If someone is capable but not your well shier, then what god will he do to you? The person is good hearted but lacking in wisdom. What benefit will you get form him? God indeed is our well wisher capable and is well endowed with complete wisdom and potency. That is why with devotion to God nietly percent of sorrow is erased easily. Ten percent of sorrow of sorrow remains about the fact that in abnusence of God sometimes duality remains sometimes the desire to meet God arises or sometime the prominent emotion of God should not get angry ramin. But if one gets fundamental wisdom then the sold of God and one own soul are one none other than the Braham exists when one understands this total sadness permanently erased.

A Brahamjnai always remains unaffected just like a lotus in the water remains untouched by the water.

So under the influxes of good karma under the influence of planet and constellations and by being caution abut eating an drinking habits it one lives according to rules then one on can get rid of fifty percent of his sorrow. If one leads a devoted life then he can remove ninety percent of his sorrow. And you can attain Fundamental wisdom knowledge of the Essence then noting compares it sad incidents will come and go but a depressive tendency will not be formed in you psyche. The spirit that resides in your consumes will shine forth brilliantly. The sorrow of the past will get completely erased. You won’t screed of the past will get completely erased. You won’t get scared of the future. And the truth of the present will constrain you. And the truth of the present will constrain is reached with fundamental wisdom with the knowledge of Brahma.

Devotion is such a rejuvenator that is makes blissful lord emerge out of sorrow just as manure appears ordinary but when put in farms fruits an flowers are formed. Similarly devotion is able to erase mine prevent of sorrow permanently and fully. Then illness ailments pain will over but with the power of theknowldge of Brahma you will feel that illness occur we in the body insults and praises have occurred at the leave of the body liking and aversion reside in the intellect joy and sorrow reside in the mind but I ma my self the father f every circumstance Then life become natural like will become natural life that of evolved souls.

Is it easy to attain God?

The rationale of God realization is very simple. People have made the path very complex and difficult elaborate explanation and imaginative theories. There is nothing simpler then attaining God. I am ready to believe that making chapattis is difficult but attaining God is not difficult. If one does not know how to knead then lumps are formed in the dough. If one does not know how to bake chaptts then one had gets burnt. In attaining god there is neither any risk of burning hand or any fear of spooling the flour. God is ever attained.

In attaining wordy things one self effort is required the support of favorable dirtily is required the right enviournment is needed. Then one gets what one wants for a period of times. The gained things are lost after some time. For attaining God you need only yearning for it. That is it! Then the God gets revealed within your heart through his grace.

Become quiet with this thought in your mind. You will come closer to attaining God. Do not get associated with either pain or pleasure when it come. Share your happiness with others and remain equations in sorrows. Then you will get established the supreme self God is so close. Our lord and master is ever present for ever and ever.
And yet the spatially baling believe that he is far away. When you lack the eye of wisdom and are habituated to running out side that is why it appears difficult. Other wise there is no takes simpler than attaining God.

We don’t have to imitate anybody and don’t get deluded by the wrong belief that one attains God when on becomes similar to Bapuji in appearance. In whatever state a human begins. He or she a right to attain God it you think thus I should become life Bapuji in appearance then what about woman who can’t grow a beard? Won they be able to attain God? Those who are bald, won’t they attain God we don’t have to imitate may body we only need only to love the ever attained god.

When we understand the importance of loving God of attaining God then our minds benign to become pure. Till we don’t understand the importance of attaining God. All sorrows remain The vices like duplicity and deception remain only as long as we do not think that God Realization is the only goal worth attaining. In case were understand this then al vices like duplicity and deception will begin to lessen all complains will being to diminish. For one who is not interested in attuning God if you point out his mistakes he will justify his stance, he the defense of his mistake it gets deeply ingrained he won’t even come to know that he hitting the axe on his foot. Then the path to God realization will becomes longer and longer.

What a surprise!

Dhrtirahsthra was very sad at the carnage of his 100 sons and entrie army in the Mahabharata battle. In order to parity his sorrow the righteous soul, Vidurji gave the instruction on religion in a soft and sympathetic tone.
Then king Dhrtirahsthra said tell me in detail everything about the ways of that intelligence by which this wilderness of duties may be safely covered.
Vidura said, Having bowed down to the self create I will obey thy behest by telling thee how the freat sages speak of the wilderness of life. A certain brahamna living in the great world, found himself on one occasion in a large inaccessible forest teeming with beasts of prey. It abounded looking like elephants. All of which were engaged in roaring aloud. Such was the aspect of that forest that yama Himself would take fight at it. Beholding become exceedingly agitated. His hair stood on end, and other sings of fear manifested them selves, O scorcher of foes Entering it he began to ran hither and tighter casting his eyes on every point of the compass for finding out somebody whose shelter he might seek. Wishing to avoid those terrible creatures he ran in fright. He could not succeed however in distancing then or freeing himself form their presence. He then saw that terrible forest was surrounded with a net and that ka frightful woman stood there, stretching her arms. That large forest was also encompassed by many five headed snakes of dreadful forms, tall as cliffs and touching the very heaves. Within it was a pit whose mouth was conversed with many hard and unyielding creepers and herbs. The brahamna in course of his wanderings fell into that invisible pit. He became entangled in those clusters creeper that were interwoven with one another like the large fruit of a jack tree hanging by its stalk. He continued to hag there feet upwards and head downwards.

While he was in that posture diverse other calamities overtook him. He beheld a large and mighty snake with in the pit. He also saw gigantic elephant near its mount. That elephant dark in complexion had six faces and twelve feet. And the animal gradually approached that pit covered with creepers and tress. Ablaut the twigs of the tree that stood at the mouth of the pit roved many bees of frightful forms employed from before in dirking the honey gathered in their comb about which they swarmed in large numbers. Repeatedly they desired o bull of Bharatas race to taste that honey which though sweet to all creatures could, however attract children only. The honey collected in the comb fell in many jets below. The person who as hanging in the pit continually drank those jets. Employed in such a distressful situation in drinking that honey his thirst however could not be appeased. Unsaturated with repeated draughts the person desired for more. Even than o king he did not become indifferent to life. Even there then man continued to hope for existence. A number of black and white rats were eating away the roots of that tree. There was fear form the beasts of prey, form that fierce woman on the outskirts of that forest from that snake at the bottom of the well from that elephant near its top from the fall of the tree thought the action of the rats and lastly for those bees flying about for tasting the honey. In that plight he continued to dwell deprived of his senses in that wilderness never losing at any times the hope of prolonging his life.

They that are conversant o monarch with the religion of mocha cite this as a simile. Understanding this properly a person may attain to bliss in the region here after. That which is described as the wilderness is the great world. The inaccessible forest with in it is the limited spree of ones own life. Those that have been mentioned as beasts of prey are the diseases to which we are subject. That woman of gigantic proportions residing in the forest is identified by the wise with Decrepitude. Which destroys complexion and beauty. That which has been spoken of as the pit is the body or physical frame of embodied creatures. The huge snake dwelling in the bottom of that pit is time thedestroyuer of all embodied creatures it is indeed the universal destroyer. The cluster of creepers growing in that pit and attached to whose spreading stems the man lagged down in desire for life, which is cherished by every creature. the six faced elephant, o king which proceeds towards the ture standing at the mouth of the pit is spoke of as the years. It six faces are the seasons and it twelve feet are the twelve months. The rats and the snakes that are cutting off the tree are said to be days and nights that are continually lessening the periods of life of all creatures. Those that have been scribbled as bees are out desires. The numerous jets that are dropping honey are the pleasure deceived form the gratification of our desires and to which me are seen to be strongly addicted. The know life course to be even such. Through that knowledge they succeed in tearing off its bonds.’

Dhrtirahsthra said Excellent is this parable that thou hast recited indeed thou art acquainted with truth having listened to thy nectar like speech, I desire to hear thee more.

Vidura said o king men conversant with the scriptures for this describe life course as a long way. The wise also call life’s round with all its difficulties a forest. Creatures o bull of Bharatas race whether mobile or immobile have to repeatedly retune to the world. the wise alone escape. The diseases mental and physical to which mortals are subject whether visible or invisible are spoken of as pasts of prey by the wise. Men are always afflicted and impeded by them o Bharatas Then again those o Bharata then again those fierce beasts of prey, represented by their own acts in life never cause any anxiety to them that are of little intelligence. If any person o monarch somehow escapes form disease Decrepitude that destroyers of beauty, overwhelms him afterwards. Plunged in a slough by the objects of the different senses sound and from and toss and touch and scent man remains there without anything to rescue him thence. Meanwhile the years the seasons the months the fortnights, the days the nights coming one after another, gradually despoil him of beauty and lesson the period allotted to him. These all are messengers of death. They however that are of little understanding know then not to be such.

He that is wise should certainly take care to prevent the obligation of rebirth He that is wise should apply the medicine of intelligence to all gear grief’s. Indeed obtaining the medicine of wisdom, which is truly very efficacious and is almost unattainable the man of restrained soul would kill that serious disease called sorrow. Neither prowess not wealth not friends know well wishers can cure a man his grief so effectually as the self restrained soul.

Endued with diverse kinds of errors entangled by the net of their own intelligence, they that are wicked and are of good vision, wander repeatedly on the earth.

He who disregards his parents and Guru has to lately endure the ill effects in one birth or the other. Saint Kabirji rightly espouse.
Sightless are beings that discriminate between a Guru and the lard.
Because if the lord is displeased, The guru harbour you, However nothing works well if the Guru is unhappy. As the one rejected by the Guru does not find solace any where similarly the perpetrator of one’s parents also has to repay fort it.

In Fairdpur district of Bengal a youth named jitendranath Burman was so terribly seized by T.B (Tuberculosis) that practically every treatment became ineffectual. The family priest advised, This malady is the result of some of your previous birth’s sins. It is better pray to lord Tarkeshwar for help in this smatter.

When purandar wife was cleaning the rice she saw those invaluable jewels in it. She threw away those pearls in the dustbin.

Bhakta purandar used to visit the king’s court daily. The king always used to give him rice mixed with jewels in it but at the same time he used to think thus purandar is not free form the covetousness for money. Hand he bee free from it he world never have come angina for alms in the palace.

Once day the king alms in the spoke out his mind and said, “Oh great bhakta Greed keeps a person deprived of spiteful attainments… Now you may please contemplate over your self.’
Bhakta Purandar was filled with grief listening to such words from the king. Next day he took the kind with him to show him his house. At that time purandar wife was cleaning trice spread out in a plate. The king asked her, Lady what are you doing?

She replied Maharaji someone gives precious jewels mixed along with rice, in the alms. I am removing those stones.

The king enquired Then what will you do those jewels?
I shall throw outside in the dustbin. These stones are of no value for out king of people.

The king was stunned to actually find all those piteous jewels lying in the dustbin and he fell at the bhakta couple feet. Lo, A Land of a Variety of Jewels. These mundane priests are unable to quell my obscurity. To satiate his misgivings he reached a self realized saint who settled himself on the outskirts of the villages. The sages was busy tending his garden and planting some saplings when the king reached his dwelling.

The king mused that it would be unseemly for me to keep sitting idle while the sages it working in the garden. So he too picked up the spade and pickaxe to work.

In the meanwhile a man entered hastily in order to seek refuge in the ashram and fainted with in no times.
The saint lifted him up. The man has a wound on his head. The saint applied some medicine after cleaning the lesion. The king too assisted him. The injured person when regained his consciousness was stunned to see the king in front of him.
Your Majesty you serving on me I beseech your pardon saying this he wept bitterly. The king enquired the reason of his regret.
Your majesty I was aware that you gone to some desolate area far away form the court. So I’d followed you with the intent of assassination. But somehow my secret become exposed and your soldier chased me. By some means I could save my life and reached this place.
The saint advised Forgive this man.’
The king consistently conformed to the command. The sage provided milk to the injured person an asked him to lave there after . Soon both of them seated them selves for some exchange of ideas.

The sage replied Thought I’ve straightforwardly elucidated your queries yet I make things easier for you. The best times is the present moment in which you dwell. You should not wait for any superior times of the accomplishment of any task or alternatively recalling any past moment is also not desirable. Only the present hour is the excellent moment.
The you looked for the paramount task. Any righteous task which is duly being perfumed should be carried out consummately. Consider each takes as the veneration of supreme lord. And this is the superb undertaking.
Who is the preeminent being The one facing you is the best individual and said Great sire I’m all at sea please explain.

This is about an incident that occurred some time ago. A famine had struck in some villages. That is why the people of that area got together and went to saints. They said, Baba help us. People will die of hunger. Hari Baba pandit jaishanker, Nityanand, juaharila and Lalita Prasad these five saints heard the prayer of the villagers decided. We have to remove the sorrow of the villages. All five of us will wake up in the morning and will sing kirtan for five days. Later on we will organize a meal gathering for the people of the five villages How can it not rian? The singes while doing kirtan of God’s name went to Barora, Nijampur, Bhensrauli Bebaba Barora isapur turn by turn.
On the fourth night while these sadhus reached villages Belbaba clouds appeared and it started raining. A meal was being cooked for the people of the villages. That is why the sages said , what are these evil clouds doing. They all started clapping forcefully. Oh hit them Hit them, chase them away chase away the evil clouds. Are you rennin away or not? Why have they come now? Food is being cooked. The people of the villages eat a mela. On one hand they caused famine. On the other hand they have come to destroy the meal
Wait, Tonight it should not rain. For so many days rain has waited. So what if it is delayed by two more days.’
Right in front of their eyes the clouds disappeared. For a while the food cooked in pace. Then angina the clouds appeared from some where. The sages said, oh you come again these evil clouds have come again. Chase then away they will spoil the meant for the devotees in the villages will create a mes A satsang will be haled in the morning. Pick up the stick. Chase way indra followers five to sevan sages said Run , Run, And right in front of their eyes the clouds got scattered the rain stopped and the food got cooked. The people of all five villages gathered to gerther and together. They sang God’s name thought kirtan a little to satsang. People got amazed that through satsang and kirtan rain can be even chased away and can even be produced. Satsang and kirtan drive away negativities kaliyuga. Those sages said that when we sang kirtan for the welfare of the people, Our sattivc quaites increased to such an extent that we never came to know where our sleep an fatigue disappeared. Those sages experienced a high degree of purity.

Filled with gratitude the people of all five villages gathered to gerther. Even the big ground was packed. By getting the darshan of saints, by singing kirtan and by listening to discourse on God the offence of the villages folk got erased. In kaliyuga the simplest way to remove sin sorrow metan agony and poverty is to japa an kirtan listen to discourse on glod an to repose in ones Ture nature.
People listen to disclorese on God. They ate their mal and went back home. As evening approached, dark clods emerged in the sky. How can God betray the prayers of saints? Only the sadhaka with sattivc faith is considered to be a qualified aspirant for self knowledge for the he alone can keep unswerving faith in sri Gurudev till he attains self knowledge. He neither flees form adversities nor is he allured by temptation.

Many sadhakas get sptirual instructions on self knowledge but they do not establish them selves therein. Even if they want to establish themselves in self knowledge they do not take care to raise Brahmakwear vritti. Once attain self knowledge through sheer grace of the sadguru even with out having pracised upasan but there are chances of distraction in mind, which may start building castles in the air. The wiser among top level sadhakas careful keep placating Brahambhyasa even after attaining self realization. The great man who have attained the goal of self realization still ramin caution in the matters of purity and deeply engrossed in devotional mediation too increase sattva, Careless attitude deprives us of virtue and leads to the loss of the effect of sadhan.

Liquid yellow color: (1) Tow spoonfuls of turmeric powder bolied in tow liter water makes very goods yellow colors.
(2) Soak yellow flowers of Amaltaas the Indian Laburnaum cassia fistula and Marigold overnight in water and boil the same in the morning to get liquid yellow color.
Dry red color: (1) Instead of red gulal it is better to use natural color of red sandal powder.
(2) Both dry as well as liquid colors can be pared for the powder form the powder of dry red Guldhal shoe flower.
Liquid red color: (1) Two spoonfuls red sandal powder boiled in one liter water gives beautiful red color.
(2) The skin of red pomegranate bolied in water also gives red color.
