Method of pupation: Decoct 480 grams of Ashwagandha Churan in 6 liters of cow milk till the milk becomes sufficiently thick take cinnamon bay leaves nessya and cardamom 15 grams each all in powdered form take nutmeg saggorn vanshochan mochas jatamannnsi catechu mace, jatamaansi, catechu mace piparamul cloves (kabob chini) pure halva mingi walnuts water chestnuts briat 7.5 grams each all in finely powdered form take vermilion mica ash aghast bugbears and iron ash 705 rams each all of them in the Ashwagandha decoded milk. Make syrup of 3 kg sugar or sugar. When the syrup is ready test it thickness by dipping a finger therein. It be so thick that the syrup should fall form your finger in wire like flow. Then mix the above mixture with the syrup. It should be rotated thoroughly with a spoon. The flame beneath the paaka at that times should be low. When all the medicinal substances are mixed properly the paaka should be removed form the stove.
Testing: the test for the paaka is that a well meda paaka lifted with a spoon falls in a wire life flow but after cooling if it is pure in a little water, it sits at the bottom it dies not mix in the water . After cooling it should be kept in a clinically or glass container not in a plaits container. Take Ashwagandha paaka 10to 15 grams in the morning with honey or cow milk.
