The mechanism of breathing works sometimes through the right nostril some ting through the left nostril and sometimes both, Broth passing through the right nostril flows through the pingala Naadi (channel or duct for vital air prana) it is called surya swar i.e. solar Breath ( Nature hot). Breath passing thought the left nostril flows thought the lda Naadi. It is called Chandra Swar i.e. Lunar Breath (nature clod) Breath passing through both nostrils flows through the Sushmna Nadi. It is called Sushmna Swar Breath influence the body mind and intellect. Solar breath affects physical work lunar breath guides and controls spiritual tasks.
Order of breath: In a healthy person, from the time of sunrise to sixty or eighty minutes after it swar i.e. breath changes naturally. This rhythmic change of breath ht elements in the body. According to shadowy Shasta in the bright fortnight from the first day unto full moon at intervals of every three day first the lunar breath gests activated. In the dark fortnight from first day unto new noon day at intervals of every three day. First the solar breath is activated. Change of breath. By keeping the hand below the nostrils the active breath can be determined naturally. In order to change the breath shut the active breath with your finger or with a swab of old cotton flour 5-10 minutes. Alternatively apply pressure on the armpit on the side of the active breath or lie down on the side of the active breath. With this the opposite breath activated.

Balance of Breath: Do Trainband (3 locks i.e. chin lock abdominal lock anal lock) with eyes halt closed half open)and taking a deep breath toroth both nostrils hold the breath for 1.25 minutes. Then release the breath while saying Hari in an elongated way and hold the breath outside floor 40 second. Repeat this pranayama for minimum 8-10 times. With this thesushumna Naadi remains activated for a long time and bodily function get balance. Fickleness and restlessness of speech. Eyes hand and feet get controlled. The mid becomes stele peaceful and focused. Resolves doubts decrees and the intellect gets prose. By doing this you get instant success in meditation an worship.
Sushmna Naddi also gets activated by doing Ajap Gayatri saying in an elongated way and with the counting of breath. These also aid in expelling negatives. With a resolve to attain the spotless Naryam (lord), mediating for half an hour to lone hour reading and reflecting on texts like is war ki ore (Towards) God and Jeevan Vikas (Progress in Life) and the epic (Sri yogasishth) are also beneficial. After waking up in the morning whichever broth is active, use that side hand to make a circular motion on the face and place that side’s foot on the ground. This ensures successes in actions. 3. Drink water or pass urine while the lunar breath is active. Eat food or defecate while the solar breath is alive. Thus health is protected. 4. After having food lie down on the left side for a short while. This activates a the solar breath. With the digestion occurs every property. 5. By activating the solar breath while doing physical work and the lender broth while performing mantel work you don’t face any difficulty in doing the work.
Note:: During the change of cold an hot season, practice of this breath protectors lone against illnesses related to change of seasons.
