Holi: A symbol of the Transcendence of Indian culture

The festivals of Sangatan (Aboriginal ) Culture provide excellent opportunity to manifest billful exhilaration of the supreme consciousness by structuring the life as yajna. At the onset of spring season, also know as the king of all seasons. The festival of Hoil is verily celebrated as the spring festival During this season the mother nature is vibrant with new vigor and vivacity.
The festival of Hoil which has been celebrated since times immemorial bears historical significance also. In Sanskrit language, roasted grains are know as holka, whereas half baked grains are called holy perhaps the ancient tradition of distributing half baked grains in the form of Prasad am might have termed this festival as holikotsav or Hoil. (intake of half baked grains is helpful in suppressing the ailments arising out of the imbalance of vaat and cough, this aspect of Hoil festival is advantageous of health grounds) there is another ancient practice of smerign the fore head with a mixture of burnt ashes of holi fire, sandal power and water. This is a know fact that lord Krishan an embodiment of affection and harmony had resorted to this festival as a means to impart elation and ecstasy to his devotees.
The lexicon meaning of the term Hoil is flaming or incineration but the spiritual aspect of this festival signals us to direct out thoughts inwards and to unveil our inner consciousness by scorching our vicious obsessions. The festival which is syublic of conquest of virtuous over evil epitomizes prahlad who treads the righteous path of God attainment and ultimately becomes victorious. Even the paramount difficulties and obstacles of his life can obliterated with in no times. Wickedness is like holika who has put herself out to set prahlad ablaze. No matter how proficiently it may display. Ultimately has to get reduced to ashes. It also demonstrates that the nature always favors righteousness and for its sake, it can relinquish even its norms. On one side this festival directs us to transcend the limits of snobbery and enter the realm of humility and enter the relms of humility and modesty whereas on the other it awakens and harbors mutual feelings of imergariation by smashing all barricades of sects factions community or religions.
This sacred festival of Hoil inspires us to replete the viod of our life by infusing elation and excitement by means of coloring the body with pure and natural colors, imbuing the with sacred hums an the intellect with ambrosial shower of Satsanga. But these days the imbued our life style with some murky colors. The natural aromatic have been replaced by partied and malodorous chemical colors. Sacred religious hymns have been sadly taken over by immoral and depraved songs. Unfortuately religious discourses have been superseded by ungainly intoxication and indecent vituperation. Revered saint Sri Asaeramji Bapu who is deeply engrossed in the resurrection of our sacred Indian curare has restarted the practice of celebrating the festival of Hoil in pure pious and pristine manner. For the sat several years this worthy practices has largely made the socielty redolent by its aroma.
Color amazingly impacts our health and body system. As various essential constitutes are required of safeguarding our health similarly color also pay a vital role. Natural colors used or the observance of this festival help in reducing the defectively related to color in our bobby. Be careful chemical colors that are available these days magnify this insufficiency. Not only this their use can endanger our health by several acute diseases.
How to prepare natural colors?

Natural orange color increase the blood. It not only keeps our muscles strong and robust but also helps in enhancing out will power and mental faculties.
Here are a few methods to prepare other natural colors.
Dry green color: (1) Henna power can be used exclusively or alternatively with a mixture of wheat flour. Dry heann doesn’t turn the skin red. Only when applied wet it color the skin red.
(2) A mixture of henna powder and Alma (the embolic myrosblam) powder makes brown hue which is good for the hair.
Liquid green color: Dissolve tow spoonfuls of heann powder in one liter water.
Dry yellow color: (1) Four spoonfuls of bean (gram floes) added to tow spoonfuls of turmeric makes dry yellow spoonfuls of numeric makes dry yellow color that also as good urban a cosmetic paste used for rubbing on the body. Instead unordinary turmeric even Kasturi turmeric can be used for good aroma. In place of beans one can also use what whole flour media (very fine flour) rice corn flour or multani (a king of soft) clay.
(2) Power of dry yellow flowers of Amataas (the India Laburnum Cassia fistula) and Marigold that we considered good for the skin when mixed any king of flour grieves naurela yellow color.
Liquid yellow color: (1) Two spoonfuls of turmeric power boiled in tow liter water makes very good yellow color.
(2) Soak yellow flowers of Amataas the Indian Laburnum cassia fistula and marigold over night in water and boil the same in the margining to get liquid yellow color.
Dry red color: (1)
Instead of red gulal, it is better to use naurela color of red sandal powder। (2) Both dry as well as liquid colors can be prepared form the powder of dry red Guldhal shoe flower.
Liquid red color: (1) Two spoonfuls red sandal powder bolied in one liter water give beautiful red color. (2) The skin of red pomegranate bolied in water also gives red color. Purple color: The beet root boiled in water make goods purple color.
Black color: Alma powder soaked over right in an iron utensil gives goods black color.
