The body nourishes and strengthens by consuming the following raayanas long with taking proper diet.
(1) Consuming 15-20 mls of Amla juice (Phyllantthu embolic) mixed with 2 Gms of ashawagandha powder fosters semen.
(2) Eating laddus (round sweets) made of black (sesame seeds) and gur (raw sugar) by chewing it properly strengthens the teeth hair and bones and also increases the formation of blood in the body.
a. Some measures described by the master of Ayurveda Shri Vaghbattji
(1) Drink cow milk mixing 2 gms of mulethi (liquorices) in it daily this increases the memory power.
(2) Make a paste of south (dried ginger) in water and smear it inside an iron pan. Mix this south in milk dink it early in the morning. This promotes longevity.
(3) If a mixture of equal quantity of Amla juice ghee honey and mihhri (sugar candy) is consumed daily (along with taking prone food) in accordance with the capacity of digestion then it removes the disorders of ageing.
(4) Health enhances by chewing properly 10-15 gam of black sesame and drinking water over it. The teeth also remain in proper condition until death. Don’t anything else uptil 2 hours after eating this.
The quantity of sesame as prescribed by Vaghattacharyaji in the scriptures is only 45 Gms.)
Other Measures:
Bone disorders: In case of stiffening of bones fractures or if they have becomes crooked or if there is pain in them the use of garlic in right quantity during winters, is very beneficial. Peel off the garlic and keep it dipped in sour utter milk overnight. Press out the juice form the garlic in the morning. Mix in 1-4 gams of juice the same quantity of sesame oil or ghee and drink it. Take static and easily digestible food during this time.
Caution: Garlic having tamari quality should by used only medicinally even during illness.
Vata Disorders: Eating a misture of l0-15 leaves of ltulsi (basil) 10-15 gams of cow ghee and 1 or 2 black pepper, removes vata disorders.
Cough” Intake of half tablespoonful of runic extracted form tulsi (basil) mixed with the same quantity of ginger juice helps cure cough.
Ashwini Mudra
This means the contraction land relaxation of the anus just in the way the horse does while excreting the dung. Exhale out forcefully and while stopping the breath repeat the process of Ashwini Mudra for lat least 100 times. This removes the troubles of nocturnal emission and plies and helps in awakening the kunndalini. It also develops the muladhara and swadhishthana chakra (centre). It largely helps in the development of brain and effective personality. Doing this Mudra for 50-60 times while lying down relieves the three Doshas (disorders) of the vata pitta and It aloes increases the appetite.
Trupti pranyama

A person feels satiated and relieved of all tensions by repeating this pranayama 20-25 times. It can be practiced even when there is no worry or tension.
