Arjuna has said in the Gait a disciple should carry out whatever the Guru asks him to do. He shouldn’t try to find the reason behind His command or even wait to judge the real worth of the action. The Guru would never ask his disciple to do anything inimical to the commandments of the scriptures which may lead him to misery. The chiefly traits of a disciple are he should merge his will with wishes and have an unwavering faith in and a great deal of reverence for him.
