I was shocked to watch on all TV channels on 27th November 2009 the barbarous attack and the scandalize of Gujarat police on the Sabramati Ashram of Asaramji Bapu. I started wondering whether we are living in a democratic county or under a dictatorship.
I am not a follower of Asaramji Bapu but as Hindu I revere all sadhu and Saints. During the course of my profession as Editor of Hindu Voice, I have come across many sadhakas of Asaramji Bapu. I can certify that they cannot even hurt a fly leave alone entering into violence, Then how did the Gujarat police treat them hardened crimeless beating them mercilessly and dragging them to police van by holding their hair?
This is not to say that the police should not act against criminals. The law should take its course. They every right to raid the Ashram and arrest right to raid the Ashram and arrest suspected criminals if any. But is the police justified in attacking the Ashram properties like breaking windowpanes, doors etc, all unlawful acts. Is the police authorized to beret the inmates mercilessly and drag them by holding their hair? All our fake secularists seem to be enjoying the entire episode because a so-called Hindu C.M is trying to demolish a Hindu institution. That is why they have not talked of Human Rights Violation police brutality etc. in this case. Otherwise activists like Teesta Setalwad would have punced on Narendra Modi immediately. Now they are nowhere to be seen. They are enjoying the wired scene of a so called Hindu C.M attacking another Hindu Sadhu and his Ashram and this is exactly what they want Hindus to fight among themselves.
Hindu organizations are maintaining a strange silence. And common Hindus are just dumbfounded. They are not able to understand what and why this is happening.

He seems to select soft targets to establish his secular credentials probably to get a US visa He is behaving like a dictator even with his own followers and supporters. I know Asaramji Bapu has never talked anything against Narendra Modi. On the contrary both maintain cordial relations. Least that is what others think. The why this sudden undeclared war on the Sant and His Ashram?
Has Narendra Modi Joined has with anti Hindu and Missionaries to finish off Asaramji Bapu? What has he Bapuji done to invite his type of barbaric treatment? He Bapuji done anything against Maa Bharati, Santana Hindu Dharma Hindu Sanskrit Hindu Unity or Hindus? On the contrary, Bapuji was promoting Santa Hindu Durham through his Ashram. A few months members of different religious sects communities and Sadhu saints of all the Akhada and Mahamandaleshwar had united established the Dharma Rakish Munch and a meeting was held in which Bapuji was unanimously chosen the president. Such a revered sant is being attacked. It seems power has gone into his Modi head and has corrupted him completely. Or is he plying into Missionaries hands?
BJP leaders should learn a few lesson on vote bank politics form their competitors. Chief Ministers of congress communists and DMK never take action against their spotters even if are involved in murder or anti social or anti national activates. And this is how they came to power again and again by carefully musing their vote bank. We know her fate now. If she had not done so she could still be the C.M of Tamil Nadu.But the arrogant lady failed to read the writings on the wall. Modi too is following in her footsteps. It is Vinasha kales Vipareet Bhuddi. May Ishwar give him sadbuddhi.

Last year the DMK Govt. in TN was trying to attest th revered swami Dayanand Saraswati of Arsha Viday Guru combater for opposing installation of the statue of atheist EV Ramasamy Nicked in form of the srirangam temple. Now the Gujarat CMtoo the so called Hindustan Mascot is harassing Sant Asaramji Bapu and vandalizing his Sabramati Ashram.
The lesson to be learnt for Hindu sadhu and Sant is that the boundless tolerance of Hindu is taken as a weakness by out secular politicians. Therefore all and Dharamgurus should make heir follower politically aware and stung. When every Melvin and Father talks of politics to their follower, Hindu Sants refrain form doing so. They should create a Hindu vote bank and advise their followers to cast their votes in every elevation in flavour of only those candidates who will work for the protection and promotion of sanatan Dharma and Hindu politicians should be thrown out. Only a politically active Hindu society can save out Mother Land and provide a peaceful atmosphere for out sadhus and Sants to carry on their activities.
